Sivakarthikeyan, after the success of Pandiraj’s Marina has become saleable.
His new film the Ezhil directed Manam Kothi Paravai releasing on June 1, all areas in Tamil Nadu have been sold out before release.
NSC area alone fetched Rs 1.05Cr, which is high for a hero’s second film!
Sivakarthikeyan started his career as a television presenter, stand-up comedian, film actor and voice actor. However Vijay TV’s Kalakka Povathu Yaaru, a comedy reality show, got him Marina, which became a sleeper hit.
Manam Kothi Paravai is said to be a romantic comedy film written and directed by Thulladha Manamum Thullum fame Ezhil. The film is said to be a comedy set in rural milieu. It stars Sivakarthikeyan and debutant Aathmiya in lead roles with music by D Imman.
